PHIL BURFORD ~ British Junior 9-Ball Pool Player

At just 17 years of age Phil Burford is proving to be one of the most exciting youngsters to join the British 9-ball pool scene. He consistently competes at the highest level in both adult and junior tournaments, having won many titles including British Junior Champion and the prestigious "BPPPA Junior Player of the Year Award". Phil also represented Great Britain in the European Youth Pool Championships in 2005, 2006 and most recently in 2007 where the team won silver medal. He has made a notable start to the 2008 season, first by securing one of the much sought after 32 Pro Division places on the GB 9-Ball tour, then following up by consecutively reaching the final and semi-final of the first two Pro Division events.
